  1. Open Plugins, choose the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
  2. Enter MerchTrace, set the server URL below and choose OAuth authentication.
  3. Review the tools, create the plugin and install it. Connect your MerchTrace account when prompted.

  1. Open Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector.
  2. Enter MerchTrace and the server URL below. Continue with the detected OAuth setup.
  3. Add the connector, choose Connect and approve the requested permissions in MerchTrace.

Sign in where you already work.

MerchTrace login and consent open on app.merchtrace.com. If you are already signed in there in the same browser, your existing session is reused. A separate browser profile may require signing in again.

Start with read permissions. Enable optional write permissions only when you want your assistant to unlock stores or manage lists. Unlocking new stores spends credits; searches do not. You can revoke access in your account.

An active paid MerchTrace plan is required. Custom MCP availability and workspace administrator approval depend on your client and plan. Client menus can change; consult the linked official guides.
