How credits work.
What does a credit unlock?
One credit unlocks one store for your account. Previously unlocked stores do not need to be purchased again. Contact details are included when available; an unlock does not guarantee an email address.
Do credits expire?
Monthly subscription credits expire after 60 days. Top-up credits expire after 365 days. Your balance and expiry dates are visible in the app.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Top-ups are available in the app: 1,000 credits for $59, 5,000 for $249, or 20,000 for $799. They are one-time purchases.
Can I use MerchTrace without a paid plan?
The Preview plan includes 25 credits to explore the product. API keys and hosted MCP require an active paid subscription.
Can I add a promotion code or company VAT details?
Yes. Stripe checkout supports promotion codes and business billing details, including supported tax IDs.
